Specialising in lambic beers, Brewery De Troch has been brewing in Wambeek,
located in the countryside around Brussels, since the 19th century. Brewed
using natural cherry juice, Chapeau Kriek is tart and fruity, with a bold
cherry flavour. Pouring a dark pink colour, Chapeau Kriek offers up aromas
of cherry, almond and a hint of earthy funk. The flavour is fresh and
