Brasseriedes Carrires is a microbrewery in southern Belgium with a passion for local traditions and ingredients, growing many of their own hops on the farm attached to the brewery. The name Diole comes from a tool used in the local marble industry, a devil’s tail shaped device used for polishing marble. Diole Blonde pours a light copper colour, with aromas of citrus and fresh hops rising from the glass. A slight caramel flavour mingles with citrus and a hint of red fruit, for a fruity, refreshing beer.
