An authentic Trappist beer with a deep red-brown colour. Through the use of a.o. caramel malt, it has a soft aromatic, caramel-like character. A little bit sweet in taste with a fresh aftertaste.
The golden-yellow sunny colour and fruity taste make this for connoisseurs and beer lovers the most beloved beer. Satan Gold has a round, fine taste: fruity with a touch of bitterness, spicy, complex and subtle notes referring to the most carefully elected hops and spices. Great for Halloween.
Brugse Zot is a fantastic light blonde beer which is brewed in Bruges by the Halve Maan Brewery. The brewery began in 2005 when Xavier Vanneste renovated the old brewery which has a history going back to 1856, when it was owned by Xavier Vanneste’s ancestors.Once the brewery was restarted, Xavier bought Brugse Zot onto the market
and it soon gained a name for itself due to its special recipe. Brugse Zot is now the only beer being produced in Bruges town centre.Brugse Zot popularity has grown over the years due to its refreshing taste
and unique character. This character has come about due to it being brewed with four different types of malts and two types of aroma hops. The finished product is full bodied with a sweet malt character which is nicely balanced with fruit tones and is followed with a crisp and clean finish.Brugse Zot also goes through a re-fermentation that helps develop the taste while it’s in the bottle. Our recommendation is that this blonde beer is perfectly paired with most seafood.Since the brewery first started, Halve Maan has further developed their beers, including Brugse Zot Dubbel, which has been produced using Saaz hops and six specialty malts.
It has a very big head indeed – pour it gently – and a very clean palate,
beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a
distinctive and delicate, perfumed, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.
Belgian cherry fruit beer.A lambic blend is given further fermentation by the addition of fruit, originally cherries local to the area, which after conditioning gives a pronounced cherry flavour and almondy dryness. A classic example of the style with a lot of fruit content of freshly harvested cherries. The beer is conditioned in wood over a winter.
This light amber beer with a full white head overwhelms you with an aroma of bitter, spicy, malty and alcoholic scents and is then followed by a perfect interplay of malty, sweet and hop bitter flavours and you’ll be immersed in a very long, slightly sweet finish with bitter undertones.A wonderful digestif beer provided a good maturation cellar has a wonderful evolution but also pamper your taste buds with a tasty game dishes or foie gras or ripe cheeses.
Troublette is a Belgian style wheat beer that is more subtle than other
witbiers. Troublette’s aroma is an alluring melange of tangy lemon zest,
tellicherry peppercorns and cotton candy. Underneath, spicy Saaz hops peek through, lending complexity to the nose.

The first sip reveals a fresh, fruity flavour, followed by a long-lasting finish with hints of liquorice. Buy Floreffe Blonde (Green) Flip Top for a beer that pairs well with fruit salad or creamy cheese, or can also be enjoyed chilled as a refreshing aperitif.
Bourgogne des Flandres Brune, produced at the legendary Timmermans brewery, benefits from a unique, ancient brewing technique known as ‘lambic infusion’. In this process, a selection of the best lambics is blended with a top-fermented brown ale. After months of maturation in oak barrels, the result is a full flavoured brown ale topped with a creamy foam.Similar to the Flemish brown ales, but without the acidity, with an aftertaste that draws attention to its distinguished character.
