Gentse Tripel is a honey blond, high fermentation beer with secondary
fermentation in the bottle. Gentse Tripel is hoppy and bitter and a fruity
aroma. Although it has a complex composition it is an easy to drink beer.

the Belfry and St. BavoÕs Cathedral.

A dark brown-red beer with a compact white-yellow, stable and lacing head.Aroma has touches of caramel, mocha and chocolate. Spices such as liquorice
and coriander are also present. On the palate, initially, a very good
mouthfeel of alcohol and softness. This is followed by an increasing
bitterness, partially from the hop, but also from the roasted malt and
chocolate malt. Towards the end a nice balance between bitterness, sour and
sweet.
